Meeting Professionals International

Meeting Professionals International is the membership body whose chapters invented the first planners’ day and still run most of the rooms. Headquarters pages carry education, a job board and the current GMID broadcast link when one exists. Local chapters carry the breakfast.

This domain is not an MPI property. It does not collect dues, assign CMP hours or host a chapter login. If you need a member rate or a speaker slot, use mpi.org and the chapter closest to you.

MPI is also not the only logo on the day. Meetings Mean Business and U.S. Travel supply coalition language. The Events Industry Council appears in the 2015 NAMID story. Keeping those names separate avoids a false impression that one office owns the date.
